BANANCH: BRAND
PointsBet acquired Banach, a sports betting models startup, for $43 million in March 2021, finalizing the deal in April. Before the acquisition, I collaborated with Banach’s founders at Paddy Power to establish the brand’s identity and product design. Despite the absence of existing brand guidelines, I crafted a new logo, the B incorporated a fold to represent a betting slip, and a distinct color scheme (green and dark blue/black). Custom illustrations and a comprehensive style guide were created to ensure consistency.
